班级网站应该是一个展示、记录、交流与沟通的网路平台，在班级网站上展示我系各班级的风采，记录每个成员的活动点滴，是班级成员之间良好的交流平台，网上家园，也是家长与班主任、任课教师之间方便无障碍的沟通渠道，还可以成为各个班学习、交流、借鉴的有效载体，希望每个班级都能拥有充满生机的班级网站。

一、活动简介

活动主题:

堆砌网站精彩彰显班风班貌

活动定位:

展示资讯系学生风采促进电脑技术的推广引导同学们正确使用电脑。

活动背景:

目前资讯系的学生电脑技术的普及高使新校区又增加了一个有效的交流平台。网路作为一个高效率高速度易掌握的沟通渠道对学生会活动有着重大的意义是目前活动的一个发展方向。在网路上开展活动也是资讯系学生会首次尝试有利于学生会拓展活动范围深入贴近广大同学的日常生活。

活动目的:

通过运营班级网站，不仅仅是提升技能，更重要的是锻炼了同学们的团队精神和团队协作能力，提高我系和班级集体的良好风貌。

以带动全校同学正确对待网路学习网路技术知识而且以班级为单位参赛可以增进班级的凝聚力。同时，这也是班级“成长日记”的一种形式。同学们可以在自己班级的网页上记录班级的点点滴滴。现在广大学生中对电脑的运用上还是基本以娱乐***游戏***为主，打发无聊的时间度过大学生活。开展本次活动将会在一定程度上引导同学由电脑娱乐转向电脑技术的学习同时也给同学将书本上学习到的知识运用到实践中提供了个机会和平台。经过努力进一步将本活动打造成资讯系的精品、特色活动之一长期开展。

活动可行性分析:

我系拥有200余人，随着网路的开放、电脑的普及率、以及计算机技术远远比其他系部高。同时各专业也拥有许多电脑人才网页制作，也是许多专业的专业课之一，再加上网上资源丰富多彩。开展此项活动也要有一定的技术基础，有助于激发同学们的学习热情，而且以班级为单位可以充分发挥班级的合作优势确保活动的顺利开展。

班级就像一个小团队，设有ceo、cto、cfo、cwo、cso职位，各自其责、团结协作，带领班级成员健康地运营、维护网站。

网站团队建设

CTO——首席技术官***ChiefTechnologyOfficer***，负责网站技术方面的开发，是本班成员技术最厉害的。

CWO——首席网路写手***ChiefWriterOfficer***，负责网站的内容写作，号召本班成员一起写文章，同时稽核网站的文章内容。

CSO——首席安全官***ChiefSecurityOfficer***，负责网站的安全，稽核、管理网站总体内容。

CFO——首席财务官或首席财政总监ChiefFinanceOfficer***，负责网站的财务管理，对网站广告的管理和广告出纳管理。

二.活动流程:

具体活动流程:

1.前期宣传:班上宣传、下发通知、举行班会选拔出各班级网站管理者等准备活动

2.学习过程:将选拔出的网站管理者统一进行学习，以多媒体教室上课的形式，学习班级网站建设的整个流程。专业机房中练习网站建设。

3.运营网站:各班网站管理者带动本班同学***网站编辑***共同建设、维护网站，网站建设型别不限***除色、骗、病毒、论坛、电影、私服等违法站点以外网站型别***，释出文章***技术文章***、写日记***体会、心得、感想***、释出精品软体等，锻炼同学们的团队协作能力。

4.分享经验:每半个月召集各班网站管理者举行“交流会”，交流、分享网站建设过程中的经验，大家共同进步。刚好可以拉近各班彼此之间的距离，凝聚团结力量。

5.运营网站期间:每半个月由老师、学生组成的评审团对网站进行评比，评比结果由宣传部撰写并张贴红榜公布。

6.学期末:以历来每半个月的总成绩，评比出学期的“最佳班级网站奖”、“优秀网站管理者奖”、“优秀网站团队奖”、“优秀个人编辑奖”等奖励，并进行奖励颁发证书、奖品、张榜公布。

7.活动结束:活动总结、撰写新闻宣传报道***联络学院记者团在院报上宣传、展示活动结果***、整理活动材料***策划书、通知、参与名单、成绩单、活动图片***整理成册。

8.后期继承:做好下学期的继续开展此活动的准备。

三、活动需要配合的部门及其任务:

1、宣传部:负责本次活动的前期宣传工作***下发通知***，每半个月要把评审团对班级网站的评比结果，由学习部提交评比结果，宣传部撰写红榜并张贴公布。联络学院记者***新闻网路中心***在院报上***学院网站上***宣传、展示活动结果。

2、组织部:协助学习部负责每半个月开展各班网站管理者的“交流会”，时间的安排、场地的布置。

一、建设必要性分析

网际网路的发展日新月异。仅仅几年，网际网路电子商务已经从两年前的萌芽阶段迅速成为中国未来经济的支柱力量。新的商务模式，正在深刻而彻底地改变着我们传统的经营方式，让我们在短时间内得以与世界经济接轨。眼下，利用网路，电子化机构与电子化生活已经越发显出激动人心的商机与活力!资讯流、物流、资金流的回圈，开拓全新的市场机会。大学班级网站一直是网际网路的新生活力专案，在网际网路上各种各样的班级网站都有，但大多基本上还处于有待加强和提高，当中的原因有很多。因为苦于缺乏资金和技术，如何把握班级网站的尺度，做到简单优雅、满足众人胃口也是问题所在。结合各网站的特点，我们可以看到，班级网站是在网路中把班级成员联络到一起。班级网站的特点是需要成员的参与、交流的专案。

二、团队自身条件分析

首先我们认识到，我们有自己动手的能力，有HTML、ASP、资料库这方面学习的经历，通过这个专案，可以把学到的知识运用到实践中，但不足之处可能就在于我们的知识程度有限，网路在发展，技术在进步，许多新技术应用的出现，是我们不能及的，所以，在现有的条件下，我们做这个网站只能是在简单中追求完美，尽最大可能的发挥我们这个团队的优势，尽最大努力做到最好。
