第一：《爱不爱我》vs《i live my life for you》

再见零点。看官们还记得零点乐队的成名作么？《爱不爱我》。没错，正是此歌，别说我火星，我说的并不是瑞典歌手bosson翻唱的版本。

《爱不爱我》抄袭了美国金属乐队firehouse于95年出版的专辑《firehouse 3》中的最后一首歌：《i live my life for you》。零点乐队的《爱不爱我》这张专辑大约是在96-97年间出的，正好在《firehouse3》专辑出版后两年，当时国外歌曲的来源不像现在这么方便，大抵上都靠卡口带（那段时间我正在大学读书，正好我也买了firehouse的第一张同名专辑），相对有两年的时间差，那时候卡口带很火，估计差不多在出版《爱不爱我》之前已经可以买到《firehouse 3》这张专辑了。

零点乐队成员王笑冬在tom做客的时候说：“《爱不爱我》的确是一个经典，在那个时代，我相信在中国人近代音乐史上零点乐队的《爱不爱我》肯定给大家留下了浓墨的一笔。对于我们个人来说生命是有限的，也不在乎对我们个人的记忆。相信过了多少年翻开中国近代音乐史、摇滚史上《爱不爱我》会留下一笔的。”欺负咱们不听国外的歌曲？早在98年左右，我的朋友国子就提起过此事，当时没太在意，最近闲聊又提到了，突然想起，原来还有条这么大的鱼。《爱不爱我》这首歌确实在中国近代音乐抄袭史上留下了重重的一笔，为后人打开了新思路，花儿乐队的青出于蓝不知是否受此启发。

只要听到《i live my life for you》的开头部分，基本上立刻就能让你想起《爱不爱我》，毕竟《爱》已经在国人心中根深蒂固了，旋律已经耳熟能详。《i》中开头“y‘‘know you‘‘re everything to me and i could never see,the two of us apart.and you know i give myself to you and no matter what you do,i promise you my heart”和《爱》尾段的“你到底爱不爱我，爱不爱我，爱不爱我”几乎完全一样，这是其一。其二，间奏。间奏部分，两者都使用的是失真电吉他。电吉他solo讲究的是riff段，也就是常说的“动机”，这两段solo都是根据主旋律衍生出来的，基本一样。其三，过渡段。众所周知，《爱》这首歌有一个过渡段，之后升调。这个过渡段同样也有抄袭的嫌疑，最后一句的处理方式和《i》的过渡处理完全一样。

真的没什么好说的了，可能有人听完两首歌的对比会反驳，毕竟不是完全一样的啊？是啊，对于零点这样的“专业乐队”来说，找到某首歌的亮点部分、几个乐句，然后再发展出另外一首歌太容易了！一般来说，借鉴，无分是借鉴别人的编曲哪怕是和声走向，问题是，《爱》不仅仅是借鉴了《i》的走向，连主旋律都一股脑儿拿下了，实在让人汗颜。

突然发现《爱》和《i》的发音是一样的，这算是个巧合吧。鉴于大部分人不会像我这样慢慢对比，一句句听，我打算把《大揭批》系列文章里面的歌重新剪辑，把涉嫌抄袭的部分拼在一起，这样的话就可以不必整首歌都去听了，顺便也可以卖弄一下自己粗陋的音频技术。

第二：《没有什么不可以》vs《i don‘‘t want to miss a thing》

还是零点，这次抄到摇滚前辈那里去了。零点乐队的《没有什么不可以》涉嫌抄袭了美国著名的摇滚乐队——areosmith（史密斯飞船）为电影《armageddon》（《绝世天劫》）做的主题曲：《i don‘‘t want to miss a thing》。

在我的印象中，areosmith在那年的奥斯卡现场演唱了这首歌。在我和朋友聊天的时候，提到《相信自己》抄袭了蝎子乐队的《hurricane 2000》，朋友是做歌手的，她告诉我零点抄袭了这首《i》。仔细一听，还真的是这么回事。对于专业的音乐人来说，确实会接触很多类型的歌曲，平常听得也多，毕竟作曲有一定的规律，和弦的走向总会有一定的解决方式，也有可能在作曲的时候和别的歌曲不小心雷同，这是很正常的。问题就在这里，作为专业音乐人，对于一些重量级以及耳熟能详的歌曲应该非常敏感，很容易就会发现自己的东西有很熟悉的影子在里面，这个时候需要去寻找根源，而不是继续下去，我想零点应该是有这个能力的。

《没》的高潮部分“没有什么不可以，我和你今生注定要在一起，我用一生的时间爱你；没有什么不可以，就算是放弃一切我也不可惜，只要拥有了你，我愿意”和《i》的高潮部分“and i don’t want to miss a thing,cause even when i dream of you,the sweetest dream will never do,i’d still miss you baby”几乎是一模一样，叹为观止啊。如果看过《绝世天劫》的人就知道，那部电影布鲁斯威里斯是主演之一，最后牺牲了，areosmith用极为沙哑的声音把这首歌演绎得饱含深情，非常到位，而零点的《没》表现的主题是爱情，略显得苍白了一些，沿袭了《爱不爱我》一贯的风格。

如果我变成了苍蝇，我就会喜欢大便，但这可能吗？

第三：《相信自己》vs《hurricane2000》

这次揭批的是零点乐队的《相信自己》。如果说这首歌的前奏不是抄袭的话，那我真的不知道怎么定义抄袭这个词了。最早，我是在中央7套听到这首歌的前奏，有意思的是，只有前奏，没有后面的部分。所以当时我愣了一下，咦？中央电视台也会用国外的歌作片头？竟然是德国著名的scorpions（蝎子）乐队moment of glory专辑中的《hurricane2000》（飓风）？我当时就想，央视给人钱了么？打起官司来就麻烦了，哈。我看电视不多，这个前奏大约听了4、5次。。。我竟然没有发现其实不是蝎子的歌。。竟然毫无察觉~天，，，可见抄的有多厉害了。

零点不承认也没辙，群众的耳朵是雪亮的，当我后来去听这首《相信自己》的侍候，我差点吐血。被欺骗的感觉不好啊。

丛配器上分析，两首歌的前奏旋律上几乎完全一样，配器的方式也一样。不同的是，scorpions用的是真交响乐团，而且还是德国著名柏林管弦团，所以《hurricane2000》整个感觉气势恢宏，声场和动态都是《相》完全不能比拟的，因为《相》这首歌用的是合成器，midi的效果，所以只能说像，但是总没有真的交响乐队出来的效果好。《hurricane2000》这首歌的前奏旋律贯穿了整首歌，很整体大气，加上主唱高亢的嗓音，气势磅礴的一塌糊涂。《相》这首歌，就。。。。前奏和歌是脱节的，虽然不是说完全没联系了，但是，连接的不是很紧密，也就是说，为了做出一种大气的东西而作，根本没有考虑到整首歌的整体感觉。无可厚非，零点的主唱功力还是不错的，但这首歌，和《hurricane2000》一比较，高下立分。《相》的小家子气十足，束手束脚。如果说，《hurricane2000》是一件大衣，《相》就是裹脚布了。同样，给出地址大家自己去听，我相信，只要小学学过音乐，你就能听出来。
