CSS就是层叠样式表。
CSS是Cascading Style Sheets的简称，中文称为层叠样式表。使用过程中属性和属性值用冒号隔开，以分号结尾。
本质上一种用来表现HTML或XML等文件样式的计算机语言，是可以做到网页和内容进行分离的样式语言。作用是：可以有效地对页面的布局、字体、颜色、背景和其它效果实现更加精确的控制；使页面的字体变得更漂亮，更容易编排。
使用范围：
