取数作比较

str.match(reg):match是字符串的一个方法,它用户检查字符str是否符合reg正则表达式所描述的规则。

/^(\d{2})(.{2})([\s\*])(.+)$/ 是一个正则表达式,表示字符串符合以两个以上数据开头,跟前是两个以上任意字符,然后是空格或者*号,之后是多个任意字符结束。(很不好描述),关于正则表达式,可以参考网上的资料,如:

RegExp.$1表示的是上面的match匹配中,匹配的第一个括号中的内容,RegExp.$2则是第二个括号中匹配到的内容。

Number(data) 是把data转为一个数字,比如 Number("10") 结果是数字 10

公式意思为当A1为空单元格时,返回空值

否则公式返回的最小值为1,A1的数如果大于1,则以0.5的倍数向上舍入
