Python MHT Library: Converts HTML to self-contained
.MHT web archives. Can also convert HTML into a self-contained email
with all referenced images embedded within the email. Chilkat MHT can
download HTML from a url, load HTML from a file, or accept HTML passed
in directly as an in-memory string.
mht格式文件打开步骤如下：
1、打开UC浏览器，点击中间的三个横杠打开，选择下载/文件。
2、切换到文件选项。
3、找到文件储存的位置。
4、选择sdcard0，这个根据自己的具体情况来看。
5、找到手机里的mht文件，点击这个mht文件。
6、现在我们打开了mht文件，并且可以看到保存在mht文件里面的内容了。
