She later quit her job to focus on the business full time. Today Two Men and a Truck has about 224 locations in 34 states in the country, and they have had over $220 million in sales.

Within nine months the site had over 9 million users, and in the year 2011, myYearbook was bought by Quepasa for $100 million in cash and stock.

Jennifer Telfer — Pillow Pets:

Who does not love cuddling with stuffed animals? Jennifer Telfer came up with the idea of Pillow pets when she saw her son piling up stuffed animals as pillows when he slept. The company has made constant progress, and it has over $300 million in sales.

Joel Glickman — K’NEX:

Joel was cutting straws and connecting them; this gave him an idea to construct a plastic toy. He soon began creating many toys, and it became his obsession. In 1993, Toys R Us’ founder loved the product, and after four years of sale, the company has grown to about $100 million.
